
Email Setup Instructions for Outlook 2007 on Windows 7/Vista/XP/2000
Step 1:
- Open/Start the Outlook 2007
- From the top menu, Click Tools > Account Settings

Step 2:
- Make sure you are on the Email Tab
- Click New

Step 3:
- Enter your full name
- Enter your full email address
- Enter your password
- Retype your password to verify
- Check "Manually configure server settings or additional server types" The filled info above will be saved but will appear greyed out.
- Click Next

Step 4:
- Select Internet Email
- Click Next

Step 5:
- Verify your name & email address. Correct if you need to.
- Set Account type to POP3
- Set Account type to POP3
- Incoming server:
- @oplink.net email accounts and non-cpanel web hosting customers use: mail.oplink.net
- cpanel web hosting customers use: cpanel1.oplink.net
- Outoing server:
- @oplink.net email accounts and non-cpanel web hosting customers use: mail.oplink.net
- cpanel web hosting customers use: cpanel1.oplink.net
- Set User Name to your full email address
- Enter your password
- Click More Settings in the lower right.

Step 6:
- Tab over to "Outgoing Server"
- Check "My outoing server (STMP) requires auth"
- Tab over to "Advanced"

Step 7:
- Check "This server required encrypted connection (SLL)"
- Set "Use the following type of encryption to" TLS
- Click OK
- Click Next
